Wireless Telecom Rigger


Job description
The Telecom rigger is responsible for installing equipment (radios, lines, antennas, optical fiber) and mobile telecom structures (cellular telephony). This work can be done in towers, on roofs and in industrial or commercial buildings. The job requires working outdoors and traveling throughout the USA. We are currently looking for candidates with experience in different regions to fill available positions. We offer training opportunities including OSHA-30, working at heights, telecom equipment installation and more!

General skills
The candidate must have good skills for manual work. The Telecom rigger handles many hand and power tools. He/she must have good manual dexterity in order to make often delicate connections and hookups. The candidate must be comfortable working at heights to perform vertical and horizontal movements in steel or wood structures. The Telecom rigger performs the vast majority of his duties at heights. Occasionally, he may also be required to be in full suspension in the air. In addition, since our organization currently covers all of North Eastern region, the candidate must be mobile and able to travel Monday to Friday (possibility of 10 consecutive days) to perform the work
